Hempstead Bus Terminal. Take either the N70, N71, or N72, which will drop you off on Hempstead Turnpike

Take the Long Island Expressway to Exit 48S Round Swamp Road. Eastbound traffic makes a right onto Round Swamp Road at the first light. Westbound traffic makes a left. Follow the bend to the right, into Old Country Road.
